Nasi Goreng Indonesian Fried Rice)

Nasi Goreng is a dish of rice that is fried in a wok or frying pan which produces a different taste because it is mixed with spices such as salt, garlic, shallots, pepper, certain spices and sweet soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 250 gr rice (cooked, cold, break it up as much as you can)
  • 400 gr pork (cut into slices)
  • 100 gr Shrimps (Peeled)
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 200 gr cabbage
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 Spring onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp chicken stock
